Day 1

  • 9:00 am Healthy breakfast
  • 11:00 am Morning stretch nature trail walk/hike. Join us for a morning stretch and hike. We will shuttle to Watkins Woolen Mill State Park and hike a 3.8 mile loop around the lake. We will provide a packed lunch. This trail is rated easy, paved, and kid friendly. Dogs are allowed on the trail but must be kept on a leash at all times. No dogs are allowed on the historic site or in any of the buildings.
  • During the picnic we will talk about recommended daily exercise needs and adequate hydration
  • Grotto access

Day 2

  • 9:00 am yoga
  • 10:00 am Grounding and guided meditations with breathing techniques & aroma therapy with essential oils. We will learn breathing techniques to use during meditation and how to use aromatherapy with Doterra essential oils. We will also discuss the use of grounding yourself to help remove the bad energy we pick up from our environment and the other people in our lives.
  • 12:00 pm Healthy Lunch to be served
