Our indoor and outdoor spaces offer the perfect blend of history, natural beauty and sophistication, and are ideal for engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, receptions and post-wedding brunches. And because The Elms is also a resort-style hotel, you and your guests can enjoy a day at The Spa, dining at 88 at The Elms, as well as amenities like our hot tubs, lap pool, sauna, steam room and a variety of recreational activities during your stay.
Verdant Outdoor Spaces
With 16 acres of lush, park-like grounds shaded by the massive elm trees for which the hotel is named, outdoor weddings are just as you've always pictured at The Elms. We also have a lovely Gazebo with space for up to 300 guests, and a historic chapel for an intimate setting for exchanging vows.
Grand Ballroom
The oval-shaped Grand Ballroom features high ceilings, a center skylight and beautiful chandeliers and appointments. One end of the ballroom is fashioned entirely from glass, and offers views of the grounds, the outdoor swimming pool and the Gazebo. The Grand Ballroom accommodates up to 300 guests.
Regent Ballroom
The Regent Ballroom offers rustic elegance with hardwood floors, exposed timbers, and a large stone fireplace. Its huge windows and French doors offer an abundance of natural light and views of the grounds. The Regent Ballroom accommodates up to 225 guests.
