All reserved services must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. A minimum of 24-hour notice must be given to cancel spa reservations. If you are not feeling well and less notice is given, the cancellation fee will be waived. Missed appointments without proper notice are subject to a 100% charge per treatment.

To book more than one guest we will need all the of the additional guest's information to complete the booking. This includes phone numbers and email addresses.
