Terms and Conditions:

A “Qualifying Event” is a booking made by a Planner with a signed contract (“Contract”) for a professional, corporate or business (“Organization”) meeting or event (personal/family events such as weddings, anniversaries, showers, etc. do not qualify) to be held in one or more of the Hotel’s event/meeting spaces as designated in the Contract and with a guaranteed minimum booking of ten (10) guest rooms on the peak night of the meeting/event (“Guest Room Booking”).  The Guest Room Booking must be on the same Contract as the event.

Planner must request promotion at time of event inquiry, and the offer must be included in the Contract. Offer availability and benefit details are at hotel discretion, which may be based on various factors including event/meeting space and guest room availability. Promotional blackout periods may apply due to seasonal periods or special events, and normal arrival/departure restrictions apply (unless otherwise noted). Offer may be altered or withdrawn at any time without notice. Offer is an invitation to negotiate a Contract and is only available if the Event Planner requests the Offer and the Hotel confirms its availability. All details relating to the Qualifying Event (including the guest room bookings) are subject to the Contract terms, which override any terms set forth in the Offer.
