Your spa treatment includes up to two hours of complimentary Grotto access on the day of service.
Please arrive 60 minutes prior to your appointment to change, unwind, and enjoy the Grotto before your service.
A limited number of same-day Grotto passes may be available, but access is guaranteed when you book a spa service.
Yes. Select massages and facials are available during the second and third trimesters with provider approval.
A 21% service charge is added at checkout, with 15% going directly to your service provider.
The Spa and Grotto are reserved for guests 18 years of age and older.
We kindly require 24 hours’ notice for single services and 48 hours’ notice for multiple services. Appointments not adjusted within this window are subject to full charge. For groups of six or more, changes must be made two weeks in advance.
